This Start Up and Sole Trader course is suitable for anyone considering starting their own business, in the early stages of doing so or has already done so in the last few months. No previous knowledge is required.

Please note our courses are not designed for organisations with 250 or more employees or public bodies.

I am Nigel Hellewell (NH), a BCS Data Protection Practitioner and member of BCS, The Chartered Institute of IT. My certifications are in Data Protection and Update to GDPR Data Protection Practitioner.

I’ve created these courses as a way of offering training and advice to organisations to help them maintain compliance with the GDPR, Data Protection Act and associated legislation.
